The hotel is in a fantastic location, just across the road from a major shopping centre. It is right in the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. there is a bus stop nearby that provides easy access to the cricket ground. the rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable king size beds. the bathrooms have both walk-in showers and baths with showers. the service is excellent, with quick check-in using automated machines.
One negative aspect is that the water pressure in the showers could be better, especially in the mornings.

The location is very central, near to the shopping and the bus station, with direct connections to the airport and the university. The restaurant serves good food (steaks).
There room was smelling like cigarette. The breakfast did not have any other option to bacon/sausage/bones (I would have preferred some cheese, ham and some fruits).

Great location near city center and Beefeater restaurant attached. Room had good heating and was well equipped with hairdryer and mirror.
The car park was difficult to find and expensive to use. the check-in queue was chaotic and slow, and our room was not ready even though we arrived at the stated time.

The peace and quiet I asked for was brilliant even in the middle of Bristol, they allocated me a room on the 15th floor! Fantastic didnt hear a thing! Also we had to stay on in Bristol for an extra night, which was quickly and efficiently dealt with no probs at all. Definately stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located for shops and was near transport stations. The reception staff were helpful and dealt with our complaint quickly. Our room had a comfy bed and a hot shower. The restaurant was reached without going outside and the staff were pleasant.
We recently stayed at the hotel during Easter but it was not a great experience. The hotel was quite pricy considering the lack of amenities.

The hotel's location is pretty good. Broadmead/Cabot Circus is just across the road. There's a nice Chinese restaurant/takeaway around the corner, literally a 60 second walk. The rooms are spotless and newly renovated. good selection of TV stations if you feel like staying in. Friendly staff also.
